How long does the quiz take?
Around two minutes. It is a short run of multiple-choice questions about your goals, diet and lifestyle, and there is no sign-up.
How are my recommendations chosen?
Our health experts mapped every gummy in the range to the goals and symptoms it is formulated for. The quiz matches your answers against that map and shows the gummies that fit best, with a note on why each one was picked.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. Your results are suggestions only. Add what you like to your basket, or take the quiz again if your goals change.
Can I take the quiz for my child or someone else?
Yes, just answer on their behalf. For children aged 3 to 12, our kids' range has its own gummies for immunity, sleep, focus and tummies.
Is the quiz medical advice?
No. It is a guide to our range, not a diagnosis. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, check with your GP or pharmacist before starting any supplement.
