What are Cranberry & D-Mannose Gummies?

D-mannose is a simple sugar found naturally in cranberries and pineapple. It is rapidly absorbed (within about 30 minutes), metabolised in small amounts and the remainder is then excreted by the urinary tract. In its passage through the urinary tract, it inhibits bacterial adhesion protecting harmful bacteria adhering to the lining.
