Shipping Policy – Novomins

Dispatch & Processing Times (UK)

At Novomins, our fulfilment team processes orders daily, with Royal Mail collections taking place five days a week (Monday to Friday) and deliveries taking place 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12 noon will be prioritised for same-day dispatch, subject to availability.

  • Standard Delivery: Typically takes 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Next Day Delivery: Available Monday to Friday for orders placed before 12 noon. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.

Dispatch & Processing Times (Republic of Ireland) 

At Novomins, our fulfillment team processes orders daily, with AnPost collections and deliveries taking place 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12 noon will be prioritised for same-day dispatch, subject to availability.

  • Standard Delivery: Typically takes 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Dispatch & Processing Times (Orders Outside of UK & Republic of Ireland) 

At Novomins, our fulfillment team processes orders daily, with AnPost International / UPS collections and deliveries taking place 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12 noon will be prioritised for same-day dispatch, subject to availability.

  • Standard Delivery: Typically takes 8–12 days from the date of dispatch (depending on the location).

Important: Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and clearance procedures in the destination country. These processes can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes and are outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 business hours to become active.

Delivery Notes & Exceptions

While we endeavour to meet our dispatch and delivery targets, please be aware that occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to):

  • Weekends and UK bank holidays

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Carrier delays or strikes

  • High seasonal demand

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands may require additional time.


High Volume Orders & Delays

During busy periods, such as promotional events or holidays, dispatch may be subject to short delays. In the event of a significant delay, a member of our customer support team will contact you via email or phone.


Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

Novomins is not liable for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred after the order has left the UK. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Returns on Sealed Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or where the tamper-evident seal has been broken or removed.

Please note: sale items are non-refundable. All returns must include your order number and name inside the package.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation. If the item is confirmed as undelivered, we will arrange a replacement.
