Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
- We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11 AM on Fridays will be picked up by couriers the following Monday.
- Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.
- Next Day Delivery: Available Monday to Thursday for orders placed before 11 AM.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking information becomes active within 24 business hours.
Delivery Considerations
- While we aim to dispatch within the 24-hour window, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weekends, bank holidays, weather conditions, postal strikes, and seasonal demand.
- Delivery to Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles may take longer.
High Volume Orders and Delays
- During peak periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Customs, Taxes, and Import Fees
- Innocent Health Ltd is not responsible for customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns on Sealed Items
- We do not accept returns on any items opened or missing lid wraps. Sale items are no eligible for refunds.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please refer to the confirmation email for the tracking details. In cases where the order is confirmed as undelivered, we will arrange a replacement.
