NOVOMINS AFFILIATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Novomins Creator Club! Thanks for joining our Affiliate program.
These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Programme both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use a product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Programme, the Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorised to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approve or Reject of the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate registration at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration. Our program is managed through the Upromote platform. You must ensure your account details remain current for accurate tracking and payment. For all affiliate inquiries, please contact partnerships@novomins.com.
2. Affiliate Coupon Code
Affiliates will be assigned to one unique coupon code with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard.
Affiliates may also advertise the merchant website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.
3. Commissions and payment
Standard Commission: Partners earn a 15% commission on the net sale value (excluding VAT/tax and shipping).
30-Day Cookie Window: We utilise a 30-day cookie. If a customer clicks your link, you receive credit for any qualifying purchase made within 30 days, provided yours was the last link clicked.
Payment Timeline: Commissions are paid within 30 days of the sale date.
UpPromote - Required for all affiliates
UpPromote will provide you with a unique discount code.
Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website using your discount. This code can be used on all platforms and relevant avenues! For example: Instagram, blogs, websites, online and offline clients etc.
You will get a commission amount which is calculated based on the UpPromote (discount code) commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fee (tax, shipping cost).
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on Settings. Payment schedule will be notified on the Affiliate Guide page.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives the merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed in the Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
If the code is leaked through a discount or promotional code website, the referrals made via this site will not be paid to the Affiliate and we reserve the right to remove the Affiliate account from the programme.
4. Products
The Affiliate will be able to order products on a monthly basis depending on their referrals. For 3x referrals per month, the Affiliate is gifted 1x product, for 5x referrals the Affiliate is gifted up to 2x products and for 10x referrals the Affiliate is gifted up to 3x products.
These products can be chosen from the Novomins Adult gummies range.
5. Requirement to Post
Once you have read our terms and submitted your application, you’re agreeing to share a photo or video on your primary social channel of your Novomins products. Any posts without including all of the below will be rejected. You must post this task within 14 days of receiving your product.

Use the hashtags #NovominsNutrition and #Novomins
Tag our social handle @novominsnutrition
If posting on TikTok (1000+ followers):
Ensure you link to a adult product via our TikTok shop
Use the hashtags #NovominsNutrition and #Novomins
Tag our social handle @novominsnutrition
6. Marketing tool
We may share promotion media such as banners, logos or specific collection promotion to you through the Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on affiliate channels.
7. Network
If the Network tab is activated, affiliates can invite others to become their downline affiliate. If any downline affiliate brings order to a merchant shop, an upline affiliate will also get network commission which depends on merchant settings.
To invite other affiliates into the system, share a network link and any other affiliate who click on that link and sign up will become a downline affiliate.
8. Cookie
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity.
Cookies day is mentioned on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at the merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
9. Rights You Grant Us
You grant Innocent Health LTD (trading as Novomins) a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, perpetual (or, in jurisdictions where this is not permitted for a term equal to the duration of the Agreements plus twenty (20) years), irrevocable, fully paid, worldwide license to use, reproduce, make available to the public, publish, translate, modify create derivative works from, and distribute any of your User Content. Aside from the rights specifically granted herein, you retain ownership of all rights including intellectual property rights, in the User Content. Where applicable and permitted under applicable law, you also agree to waive any “moral rights”, such as your right to be identified as the author of any User Content, and your right to object to derogatory treatment of such User Content. In connection with your User Content you warrant that: You own and/or have the necessary licenses and other rights to use or authorise Innocent Health Ltd to use the User Content and the associated patent, trademark and copyright and other intellectual property rights therein. You have the written consent and/or permission of each identifiable individual person in the User Content to use the name of such person to enable the inclusion and use of the User Content.
10. Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: joshua@novomins.com.
11. Legal Compliance & GDPR
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Advertising Standards: You must clearly disclose your relationship with us (e.g., using #ad or #ambassador) to comply with UK ASA regulations.
Data Protection (UK GDPR): * Innocent Health Ltd is fully UK GDPR compliant.
Affiliate data is processed strictly for program administration and payment. Affiliates must not collect, store, or process personal data of customers referred through their links.
