L-theanine is an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves, and the main amino acid in tea. It is the ingredient parents look for, so we built the formula around it and kept it simple: one gummy a day for children aged 3 and over.

We pair it with 5mg of lemon balm extract. Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is a herb from the mint family, and our extract comes from the parts of the plant that grow above ground.

Each gummy also contains 1mg of vitamin B6, 71% of the nutrient reference value (NRV). Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How To Take
